LEADERSHIP AND ADVISORY TEAM

Sandy Gregory

Sandy Gregory has spent more than four decades working at the heart of Seattle sports. An original employee of the Seattle Seahawks, Sandy dedicated over 42 years to the organization before retiring in 2018. During her career, she worked an extraordinary 26 Super Bowls, three with the Seahawks and 23 on behalf of the NFL, giving her a unique perspective on the people, relationships, and history that have shaped professional sports.

Throughout her career, Sandy has remained committed to ensuring that the athletes who helped create Seattle’s sports legacy are supported long after their playing days are over. After learning about the significant health challenges facing Sonics legends Gus Williams and Slick Watts, Sandy joined forces with Eric Pettigrew and Kristen Raftis to establish the Sonics Legends Fund.

The organization became a certified nonprofit in 2022, providing critical assistance to former Seattle SuperSonics players facing medical, housing, caregiving, and other essential needs.

Sandy’s enduring dedication to service reflects the heart of the Sonics Legends Fund: honoring the individuals who gave so much to Seattle by ensuring that the community is there for them when they need it most.
